1987 Saleen convertible #70
$16,000
Sold87-70
This is a one of three car from Saleen with its options. It came from the factory as a triple white care (paint, interior, and convertible top). According to the history that I have, this car was originally sold to an individual in California. After a couple of moves, this car ended up in the hands of Gary Alsobrooks, a very active member in the Saleen community before his passing. My father, Brian Wallace, was very good friends with Gary and would clean the car for Gary while he was sick so that he could still participate in the local car shows around Nashville, TN.
After Gary’s passing, Brian bought the car from his family with the idea of making the car exactly as Gary would have wanted it. That is why the car now has a blue convertible top.
Brian went through the car thoroughly assessing any issues that the car may have had or may arise.
As a result of this, many wearable parts on this car are brand new. These include but are not limited to window regulators, speedometer cable, alternator, windshield decal, all body decals, and weatherstrips. Because of this, the car is in excellent condition. It runs very well. Convertible top goes up and down without any issues. The car has about 78,000 miles.. The car is currently in Goodlettsville, TN just 20 minutes outside of Nashville. Any information you may want to know in addition to this I would be happy to provide.
If there is anything else you think this may need feel free to call me.
